Peter Valentino, a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, started his remodeling career in 1990, following two years with the U.S. Army, a hands-on education in a variety of trades—including masonry and electrical work—and an intensive apprenticeship. After nine years as Fisher Construction's Production Manager, Peter purchased the company from Jim Fisher in 2005.

A nationally recognized Interior Design graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in San Francisco, Tiffany De Tomasi is a Certified Kitchen Designer, Certified Bathroom Designer, a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, and has been selected as one of the Top 100 Designers in the U.S. Her work has been featured in Kitchens by Professional Designers, Books XIV and XVI, and can be seen in The Kitchen Collection, Book I. Tiffany has been a member of the Fisher Construction team since 2000.

Oscar Martinez has been an integral member of the Fisher Construction team since 1994. As a Project Manager, Oscar's role includes time and people management, along with hands-on detail work—particularly kitchen cabinetry—with the overall goal being excellent client service.

As the Office Manager for Fisher Construction, Katherine makes sure the office runs smoothly, handling all the administrative functions of the company and assuring responsive client service. Katherine has been with Fisher Construction since 2003.

John Backman joined Fisher Construction in 2007. He handles multiple projects as a laborer for the Fisher Construction team. His primary responsibility is to perform his work in alignment with the high standards of quality and service that Fisher Construction is known for.
